Through our yearly customer satisifaction surveys, we know that supply of parts and fast access to service and support are the main areas of importance to our customers. To meet customers expectation we offer many different solutions to keep machine uptime and satisfaction high. The product portfolio includes full service contracts, maintenance contracts, fixed price repairs, extended warranty, parts kits to pure spare parts. This is to fit the specific needs of our customers and their different requirements.
A key differentiator is our network of service engineers, either mobile or workshop based. In some countries our service operations are ISO 14001 certified because customers demand it. In other places we utilize the Atlas Copco Environmental System to secure a high and even standard when it comes to environmental aspects.
