Extended warranty - Rollers

Extended warranty is now offered for Dynapac rollers. The extended warranty will help you keep control of the cost of your Dynapac equipment as well as maximizing availability.

Dynapac or an authorized participating Dynapac dealer will through its experienced and competent service technicians perform repair and provide spare parts at no extra cost if included in the extended warranty scoop.

During the extended warranty period regular warranty conditions apply. Regular maintenance inspections are to be carried out by Dynapac or an authorized Dynapac dealer and Dynapac original parts are to be used. Fluids, maintenance- and wear parts are not covered by warranty.

The following products are available:
Plus12 - Extended Limited Warranty (A total of 2 years or 2000 hours, whichever occurs first)
Plus12 - Extended Full Warranty (A total of 2 years or 2000 hours, whichever occurs first)
Plus24 - Extended Limited Warranty (A total of 3 years or 3000 hours, whichever occurs first)
Plus24 - Extended Full Warranty (A total of 3 years or 3000 hours, whichever occurs first)

If you are interested in an extended warranty package or want to receive detailed terms and conditions, please contact your local Dynapac representatative.

The extended warranty can be upgraded to a service contract - CARE-contract - where preventive maintenance parts, fluids and labour will be included.

Remember that servicing your machines regularly is very important to help ensure reliable operation and a long service-life. Proper preventive service can help you minimise unscheduled stoppages.
