Dynapac Brazil product company receives Safety and Health award

Dynapac Brasil factory in Sorocaba has received the first Safety and Health Award for the Business Area Construction and Mining Technique.

“- We are extremely proud to receive this award. To be chosen as a benchmark among so many state-of-the-art manufacturing units is very rewarding. For us, it is a proof that our consistent and dedicated activities over several years have been successful. Of course we will continue to improve ourselves further” says General Manager for Dynapac Brazil product company, Nilso Pela. The award of SEK 50,000 was donated to four local charity projects. The official Diploma and donation checks were handed over by Claes Ahrengart, President of Atlas Copco Road Construction Equipment division. At the ceremony in the Sorocaba factory on February 1, all employees were present as well as representatives from other local Atlas Copco operations, local authorities and media contacts. “- The management in our Sorocaba operations has shown the importance of safety and occupational health and has achieved outstanding performance, at the same time as production volumes and overall productivity have increased in a very good way” says Claes Ahrengart, President of Atlas Copco Road Construction Equipment division.
