The research is carried out in co-operation with universities and/or contractors in several countries, whereas a major part of the tests are performed at our unique compaction test facilities in Karlskrona.
Here, we are able to perform tests all around the year in a controlled environment. We also have a laboratory equipped to analyze the materials we work with, be they soil, concrete or asphalt. All tests are carefully monitored and follow standardized methods to produce results with a good statistical assurance. Naturally, a lot of the experience on machine performance is gathered in the field on various work-sites around the world.

This research has led to products such as our HF-rollers, the Dynapac Compaction Optimizer, the compaction meter and Compaction analyzer ETC.
