The Electronic Drive Control improves the smoothness of acceleration and retardation when compacting asphalt, without affecting the braking distance. This system is also equipped with a stepless adjustable maximum speed, which means that the operator can set a maximum speed when the forward and reverse handle is at maximum stroke. In this system, the rear drum off-set is controlled by two buttons integrated in the forward and reverse (F&R) handle. The handle is located near the armrest for the best ergonomic driving position. It always follows the seat when sliding or swivelling. If the machine is equipped with an edge cutter, the control and water spray switches are located in the F&R control box. |
